All of the items sold are custom made by hand to your individual taste, due to this factor we do not offer refunds, which are in accordance with the DSSR in regards to custom made items. We do however accept exchanges if the wrong size is ordered or there is a fault and the item has not been worn. This excludes swimwear for hygiene reasons. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to raise any issues you have, so an appropriate resolution can be reached. 


Each item sold here at AYC, is hand customised by myself, the item you see in the picture may differ slightly from the item you receive...due to a change of materials, which usually occurs when the supplier no longer has that specific style of item in stock. But don't worry as every item is super cute and super unique...meaning no one else will be wearing the same shorts as you.


As each item is hand customised, it takes around 14 days from payment, for your item(s) to be made and posted. This does not include bank holidays.

Every item is posted first class with proof of postage, if there is a delay in your order, it is more than likely that there has been a delay with the postage services, as can be expected sometimes.

If after 14 working days from postage the item has not arrived, an official royal mail claim will have to be opened. In which case further details will be required from yourselves, to aid the investigation. 

We can fast track items, if they are needed urgently. To arrange this, please contact us through the online contact forum where more details and prices can be obtained.


We accept Paypal on the website, however if you wish to pay with a different method we also accept Online Banking/Bank transfer. Alternative payment methods are only available through facebook inbox.
